copyright - law that make sure intellectual property you need to get permission we are going to take are own photos of cars and masthead (modern motors) an exciting brand that would fit with my magazine is (top gear) it is similar because its a bout cars and is int the same style if I wanted to use the logo I would ask them to sign a consent form
laws of contempt - it is illegal to report on a current legal case that is happening in your magazine only could say facts and also request the court proceedings can not give your own opinion can not post anything that is to sensualist about a criminal case ( glamorizing criminal activities) this magazine will have a website so this is relevant to publishing online, speeding, dangers driving,
ethical issues this incloods impact on the climate because use of petrol car poluties the planet and uses finite resources. promoting off road driving which could be dangerous if not done by professionals or under supervision
